Lacrosse Season is Over

We just finished up lil man and Jason's lacrosse season, he played and Jason coached. This past weekend was the final push and the team won the Jamboree tournament. It was quite a time, there were 2 games on Saturday and 3 games on Sunday. Lil man scored 2 goals during the 5 games played and it was great to see the team come together to encourage one another and see their pure joy of winning.

So here are some pictures from the season and then the final pictures from the jamboree tournament.

Waiting for the game to start in position.

Taking a shot - just misses.

Grandpo Paul has come to cheer the team on.

Another awesome attempt to score.

All that running dad makes him do is paying off.

Those last 5 photos were from an away game in Highlands Ranch.

These next pictures are all from the Jamboree weekend tournament.

Lil man is attempting to take it in for a shot on goal.

Waiting for some action...check out Denver sky line...yeah it's hard to see. The Arizona wildfire made it hazey for some time.

This is how Pea kept herself occupied. Another group of people cheering on their kids brought their dog. She took it upon herself to take him by the leash.

Lil man cheering that they won.

Coach Jason giving some support.

Another attempt to score.

Coach Jason with the goalie.

Time to pass that ball!

I love this, before every game they all huddle and do a war dance. It was great to watch and see their support of one another.

Here we go...taking that shot.

It's in!

Confirmation! HE SCORES!!!

Lil man is happy as can be!

War face!

That's the game. They are the Champions! Check out Coach Jason's air!

All the kids are running on the field in excitment.

Lil man is hugging another teammate to the left. Pure joy!

They were so happy and excited.

Here are some of them running after the goalie.

They got him and tackel him in praise.

Coach Kris gets it too.

The team parents and friends made a tunel of love for the team to run through. Here comes our lil man.

Oh how fun and exciting it was. We are very proud of them all.
