Lil Man's voice is going through the change, deep sound mixed with squeaks, clearly hearing that change coming. He is getting so tall, very close to Jason in height and shoe size too. Certainly didn't come from my small side of the family.
Pea is growing non-stop, testing every where she can, but being so loving and daring all at the same time. She had her 2nd follow up on her broken bones and was able to get the lower arm cast, so it no longer goes over her elbow. But we opted to NOT get the water proof one after all. We were advised that they are a little more difficult to take off, and a standard one is no fun as it is for a 5 year old, so we'll just stick with the standard cast and 3 more weeks of baths with a plastic bag wrapped around it.
All in all these kids where ready to start a new year of school. It was a little more difficult for Pea when she arrived. She does fine when it's just her, but there where a lot of parent's and other kids that she became nervous and cried for me to leave. Broke my heart but knew she was going to be just fine. We went and picked her up and sure enough she was all good. Her brother is able to drop her off across the bridge and they walk the kids back to the middle school and she will be met by him, where we will then pick up both of them. It works out well and nice to have them back at the same school again.
So without further ado, here are the two apple's of our eyes.
