Boy what a busy Memorial day weekend; many activities but a big one was the 5th birthday party Pea's grandma Jan threw for her at Chucky Cheese.
The day before we stopped at a yogurt shop and she enjoyed street chalk.
Her drawing
Big brother telling us who's birthday we're celebrating.
A little play time before pizza.
Pea's auntie Terri got her the cake. That is her beloved Toby gracing the cake.
Yep, she is afraid of Chucky Cheese and wants nothing to do with him.
And she didn't want anything to do with the happy birthday song.
Her cousins and mommy had to help her blow the candles out. Boy she was a trooper - sarcasm.
Grandma Jan putting the crown on she should be wearing.
Pea's cousin stepped in her place to try and catch the 1000 point ticket.
Presents
Look at daddy carrying all the loot to the car. He deserves the crown too.
Cousins played one last game before we called it a night.
We got home and I found poor Chucky deflated from the Knight who took him down.
Pea re-enacting how she took him down.
Such an adorable gift and it sits proudly on her dresser.
We had a wonderful time with family celebrating a few days early. Hard to believe our sweet Pea is now 5. Time is going by too fast and just want to slow it down, but we're thankful for our precious gift.
