Mi Lady and Mi Lords Running Amuck

This past weekend we headed to Larkspur for our annual trip to the Colorado Renaissance Festival. This time we not only went with my sisters but our transplanted Vermont family. Jeff's grandmother was out visiting them as well, so she came too. We had a wonderful time and many memories were made. There is one that will always be with Pea's lil cousin. He had been teased by the Pickle Man all day and so once he finally got a sword he was on a mission, well they all were on a mission to find said Pickle Man and battle him to the death. Of course I recorded it so be sure to watch the video at the end. Our lil man didn't come this time, he had spent the previous day at karte all day so he was tired and his feet where bugging him, so you won't see any pictures with him this time. Let our fun filled picture day begin.

We're HERE!!!

Watch out or they will catapult you!

Oh this man!  Terri & I listened & watched him as we got our hair done up.  He is a riot!

Pea & lil cousin went on a swing ride with 2 other little ladies.   The servants started the swing, then they used the ropes to continue swinging.

Lil cousin was feeling a little sick after that!

We stopped to see some of the Tigers.  They freaked me out because every time I  snapped my camera they looked over at me, so I stopped!

Stopped to watch a little parade with Mimi - Jeff & the boys Grandmother. 

The cousins stopped to play a little Frog game.  Both won a little prize.  

Pea was all over her auntie Terri.

There is that smile.  It looks like the Gius smile, my dad's side of the family.

Cherish the moment!  Terri did nothing but just love on her since it is few and far between these days, she's getting so big.

THIS ONE!!!!  Pea was standing not too far from him and moving.  I kept trying to get her to back up, when he kept looking at her, then one of the workers said, "DON'T LET HER MOVE!"  WHAT!!!  So we quickly left.  He was looking at her as a treat.

Our favorite fairy to see when we're there.  She was so sweet to Pea and of course gave her a stone.

So Pea gave her a tip.

Time for another ride.  See the 4 men in the back, they push those bars to get the little carriages to swing.  Very fun for them.

Time for the lil one's to get knighted by the King and Queen.  Pea is the only one with her hand up to be sworn in.

Not sure why I like this picture so much.  Everyone is just happy & just in the moment.

Pea was MAD!  The Pickle Man hit her in the hand with his sword & nicked her finger.  She threw her sword down and came to this rock to pout.  Uncle Jeff is giving her a pep talk.

Now daddy and uncle Jeff are giving kisses to cheer her up.

It didn't work so now big cousin is trying.

Didn't work.  He is happy though with that Italian ice cream.

Ended the night with a little sword fighting between these two.  Jeff makes it seem like it's pretty difficult while Jason seems like he is enjoying it.  Don't think these two are cut out for acting.
